1950's Blue Wool Vintage Swing Coat
Beautiful 1950s blue wool swing coat.
Three high buttons to allow the coat really swish and sway while wearing, the top button very high to make the most of the way the collar can really hug the neck. (The collar does fold down normally, I think we got carried away with having it on the neck and didn't take a pic with it down!)
The buttons themselves are oversized patterned resin, we can't guarantee they're original to the coat but certainly contemporary.
The sleeves fold back for a nice vintage touch and there are two pockets either side.
No label to aid ID, possibly tailor made, look at the detail where the sleeves join the torso, very skilfully done.
Some slight wear to the lining, but otherwise in remarkable condition.
A generous size suiting 12-16. Bust 42" Length nape to neck 44"
